Cole and current management of Wyclef Jean.After holding the role of Senior Vice President of A&R / Artist Relations across all 3 of the Major labels at Sony Music, where she served as a direct report to CEO Doug Morris, Madeline shifted back to artist management and also founded an indie label staffed entirely by Women. The experience at such a high level at Sony Music gave her a keen understanding of what products should go to market and best practices for organic entry of those products. Phil Sarna - MD and Founder, PS Business Mgmt
Phil Sarna is the Senior Managing Director of PS Business Management, LLC, the firm he founded in 2002. After graduating New York University's Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting, he worked for several prestigious international accounting and financial firms before setting his sights on business management in 1993. Phil ran the NYC office of American Express' financial/business management practice, where he found that his passions were a perfect fit for the unique intersection of music, film, TV, art, and finance. However, Phil soon recognized that clients needed closer attention and more personal guidance than a large corporate environment could offer.
