About Dave Cool | CRO, Bandzoogle
Dave Cool (yes, that’s his real name) is the Chief Relationship Officer at Bandzoogle. Made for musicians by musicians, Bandzoogle is used by over 60,000 artists to power their websites and manage direct-to-fan marketing and sales.
Dave has spoken at dozens of music conferences including SXSW, Canadian Music Week, Folk Alliance, and the ASCAP EXPO. He has also been interviewed by The Economist, Newsweek International, CNN.com, and the Financial Post for his insights on the music industry. He’s also a recovering punk rock drummer, comedy nerd, and wine snob.
About Adam Ezra
Working outside the confines of the traditional music industry, Adam Ezra and his bandmates – Corinna Smith (fiddle), Alex Martin (drums), Poche Ponce (bass) - have built an inspired community of fans, regularly performing hundreds of shows a year for the past two decades without any major label or mainstream radio support.
After their tour was cancelled at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ezra brought the show online, creating The Gathering Series. Through his own experience with COVID, a move across the country, and even his wedding day, Ezra broadcasted without fail from wherever he found himself each night at 7pm for 500 nights in a row reaching a cumulative audience of over 15 million viewers.
As the world has opened up again, Adam has galvanized his community, not only packing clubs and theaters, but also continuing his unorthodox approach to touring, often bringing his Gathering Series live to the backyards of fans around the country, creating 3 day musical getaways for his followers, and hosting a festival through his non-profit organization, RallySound, that raised $100k for homeless veterans in the Northeast in 2022.
