Emily White, Founder & CEO of #iVoted Festival
Emily White is the Founder of #iVoted Festival, the largest single night digital concert in history, all to increase voter turnout. She's an Amazon #1 best-selling author of How to Build a Sustainable Music Career and Collect All Revenue Streams and hosts the #1 Music Business podcast globally of the same name. White is a Founding Partner at Collective Entertainment in New York City, a veteran entrepreneur in the entertainment industry and is originally from Wisconsin.
Melissa Garcia, CMO of #iVoted Festival
Melissa Garcia is a founding partner, artist manager, and consultant at Collective Entertainment. For over a decade, she’s worked with numerous clients and companies across the music, sports, and skydiving industries as a day-to-day manager, tour manager, marketing/social media consultant, project manager, and marketing generalist. In 2020, she became the Chief Marketing Officer for #iVoted Festival, the largest single night concert event in history involving over 450+ artists and more than 200 volunteers, all in support of voter turnout. Today, her mission is simple: to empower artists and clients to realize their impact through whatever their passion may be.
Lesly Montes, Festival Director of #iVoted Festival
Lesly Montes is a freelance music festival producer and consultant for some of the country’s top music festivals and large-scale events. Her background includes production, day-to-day talent and social media management.
In 2020, she served as #iVoted Festival's Production Manager, guiding a team of 100+ volunteers to produce the largest single night concert event in history. She became Festival Director in 2021 during #iVoted Festival Georgia, a Special Election event to incentivize voter turnout that would determine the United States’ Senate. She finds joy in learning to navigate the nuances of the music industry and prides herself on being able to tackle the unexpected. She currently resides in Miami, FL.
