Anastasia Wright, IMG Agency
A proud Brooklyn native of Panamanian descent, Anastasia Wright, 35, is a multifaceted, marketing & music executive with a career rooted entrepreneurship. As the Principal Owner of IMG Agency & Records, a marketing company home to record label IMG Records, her work is reflective of her core mission to push creativity forward, elevate her clients' talents and encourage women and people of color to embrace the concept of ownership.
Over the course of her 13 year career she’s worked for major labels including Republic, Epic, RCA, Interscope, Motown, Arista and Columbia Records, among others where she’s contributed to campaigns for LMFAO, Madonna, Carly Rae Jepsen, Ellie Goulding, No Doubt, Imagine Dragons, Kid Ink, Carlos Santana, Sia, Fantasia, Pitbull and Usher to name a few, as well as managing campaigns for emerging artists & major brands through her company IMG Agency.
In June 2014, the passing of her grandmother became a catalyst for her decision to leave her position at RCA in publicity and dedicate her time solely to operating and elevating IMG Agency. During this time, she began managing singer-songwriter Tangina Stone, the first signing to IMG Records, and now represents A-list artists such as Janet Jackson to brands like Soho House. Anastasia has been featured by Forbes & Entrepreneur, is a former board member of Women in Music Inc., is the executive director of non-profit organization Minds Behind the Music, Inc. and a proud member of the Recording Academy.
Nicole Teckchandani, Artist Manager (Boyish)
Based in New York City, where she was born and raised. Her love of music developed at LaGuardia High School of Music and Art & Performing Arts where majored in Voice, and her knowledge for the industry sprouted at New York University where she majored in Music Business. After graduating she worked at Universal Music Group as the Senior Creative Coordinator. For three years she oversaw projects for Republic, Def Jam, Island, and Verve Records. In 2022 she left UMG, and began working as a Project Manager at R&R Records. Nicole has been managing indie pop band Boyish since their inception in 2018 and more recently started managing budding singer-songwriter Amelia Murray.
Charlene Bryant, Riveter Management
A Canton, Ohio native, Charlene Bryant holds a Business Administration degree in Music Business from Belmont University. Charlene's educational background and years of experience working for the largest record labels, helped her establish a great understanding of both the needs of artists and the ever-changing landscape of the industry. In 2018 she decided to launch her own management company, Riveter Management, where she has worked with young hip-hop star Trippie Redd. Charlene was also named to Billboard’s Hip-Hop and R&B Power Player List in 2020 and 2021. Being in an industry that can be transactional and fast-paced, Charlene brings balance with her business acumen, results-oriented strategies, and value for authentic industry relationships.
