Matthew’s background is in music tech, policy, and the labels. He’s an expert in music revenue streams, rights management, and industry relations. He’s a thought leader in music policy with experience in artist development, artist relations, and marketing.
Matthew was most formerly Vice President, Artist Relations at RichMusic, the top boutique independent Latin record label in the industry. Limones joined RichMusic in 2021, and oversaw all artist relations and project management, with a special focus on providing first-class service to RichMusic artists, producers and business partners.
Prior to joining RichMusic, Limones served as Director of Marketing at the Universal Music Group/Capitol Latin. Previously, Limones served as Manager of Artist and Label Relations at SoundExchange, where he strengthened and established the relationships with its affiliates and industry partners and grew the company’s Latin digital business.
Limones has been recognized as a young executive “shaking up the music business” in Billboard’s list of 40 Under 40 and has been named as a Billboard Latin Power Player, and a HITS Noisemaker. Additionally, as an industry leader, Limones has been published in the Berklee College of Music Business Journal.

Matthew holds a master’s degree from the University of Miami, and has held previous positions at Shazam and TuneIn Radio. He speaks regularly on panels at music industry events such as Billboard Latin Music Week, the Latin Alternative Music Conference, and the Music Expo.
Neeta Ragoowansi, President of MMF-US
Neeta Ragoowansi –Neeta is Executive Director of Folk Alliance International (FAI) and also serves as President of Music Managers Forum – US (MMF-US), a Global Co-Chair for Women in Music, Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Task Force for the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Entertainment & Sports Industries, and Co-Founder of NPREX (National Performing Rights Exchange). She has been an attorney and music business professional for over 30 years, serving as a strategic advisor, business development resource, and legal counsel to entertainment, nonprofit, and tech industry clients. Prior to her position as ED of FAI, Neeta was Senior Counsel, Legal & Business Affairs for Global Citizen, founding head of artist-label relations and legal counsel for SoundExchange, VP of Biz Dev/Legal for Tunesat, Asst. General Counsel for The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the National Symphony Orchestra Association, and a former board governor for 10+ years for The Recording Academy (NY & DC). Neeta also currently serves on the advisory boards of IMMF (International Music Managers Forum), Gritty in Pink, IAFAR, All About Music and SXSW Conference. Neeta has served as speaker at over 300 music industry conferences re: the global music business, legal, and copyright topics, as well as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility, elimination of bias, and women’s leadership and empowerment.
Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt, Director of Innovation & Education at the International Music Managers Forum
Jake is an artist manager from London, UK, he also advises artists and technology companies on business strategies.
Jake has worked with self-releasing, and signed artists in Asia, Europe, and the USA. He has taken self-funded, self-releasing artists to #2 album chart success in the Netherlands, major label deals in the UK, and leading indie label deals in the USA. With a background in financial markets, he consults for rights technology companies, and rights holders: clients have included Beyonce, Rihanna, and The Clash. Jake has been part of music industry stakeholder dialogues with WIPO, EU, UK, US policy makers; and regularly speaks on artist management, and music industry innovation topics around the world. Jake is Director of Innovation & Education at the International Music Managers Forum (IMMF) connecting artists and managers from 60+ countries.
As part of Project Zero, supporting Ocean conservation projects, Jake was involved in the first ever launch of a social token by a registered charity, using Web3 to organise communities, including artist’s fanbases.
Ady Harley, Head of Music Label Partnerships, Latin America & US Latin
Adrian ‘Ady’ Harley is currently Head of Music Label Partnerships, Latin America & US Latin for Meta Platforms Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s relationship with the music industry, across the family of apps (eg Instagram and Facebook) with a particular focus on labels and their artists. His team’s scope includes the activation and commissioning of music videos, live events, user-generated content, short-form video formats and Virtual Reality music content, as well as advising music partners on their social media strategy. Ady is of British-French nationality and his maternal grandparents were Spanish. Growing up in a multicultural environment in Europe and Brazil, and living in Mexico, gave him the opportunity to be highly adaptable to different cultures and fall in love from an early age with music in Spanish and Portuguese. Listed by Billboard on the Latin Power Players List 2020 and 2021, he has long been highly regarded in the music industry for being a passionate advocate for music and artists from Latin America. He has dedicated his career to building a fair and sustainable music ecosystem for the region through technology platforms, launching digital music services for Nokia, Amazon, Google Play and YouTube. Prior to working for technology companies, Ady comes from a music industry background having worked for record labels such as Trama (São Paulo), PIAS (London) and Sony Music (Rio de Janeiro). In addition, he founded and ran his own label, Ether Music, releasing over 40 albums, including many Brazilian artists such as Seu Jorge, Ed Motta and Tom Zé. Ady was the founder and host of the first ever nationwide radio show dedicated to Latin music in the UK, on Radio BBC 1Xtra. He continues to host a regular radio show, ‘La Mezcla’ dedicated to Latin & Brazilian music on London’s Worldwide FM. He also volunteers as an Advisor to the organizing committee of the Latin GRAMMY Awards and is a voting member of the Academy. Ady Harley holds a Masters in Political Science (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He currently lives in Miami, FL.
