Eliane Gallero – Music Exec, On-Air Host, Producer and Editor, & Podcaster

Venezuelan creative mind, Eliane Gallero, established as one of the most dynamic female music industry professionals in the business, producing, hosting, and creating original content with her unique, fun and passionate way of working.

She has been a producer, presenter and creator of content for the most recognized artists, streaming platforms and Latin music brands since 2018.

Gallero’s first podcast in 2020, “on the go” with Universal Music Latino, invited top artists such as Karol G, Feid, Juanes, TINI, Luis Fonsi and J Balvin. That same year she produced the special show ahead of the 2020 Latin GRAMMY Awards on Univision.

In 2021 she became the main host, producer and Head of Marketing of Neon16’s NTERTAIN Studios, in addition to being part of projects such as the docu-series "‘Los Montaner‘ on Disney Plus, ‘La Firma’ on Netflix and creator of her own show ‘EL PLAN’ mini series, being the producer and digital host of it.

Since 2023, Gallero has been the host of the successful podcast ‘Pensándolo Bien, Pensabamos Mal’ with her co-host Stef Roitman. The podcast is about mental health and how important personalities and artists like Lele Pons, Kenia Os, Camilo, Lasso, among many others experience fame and the music industry without leaving their mental health behind.

Last year she became the first latina to create a podcast with Airbnb ‘Mi Casa Es Tu Casa’, where she interviews top names in the business but from a world-traveling perspective. 

Over the last 6 years, Gallero has covered the red carpet of the Latin Grammys with the most important artists in the Latin music industry today and she has worked with streaming platforms such as Amazon Music, Prime Video, Netflix, Spotify, META, and Tiktok.

Fireside Chat Keynote Interview by: Matthew Limones, CEO Prediction Enterprises & MMF-US Miami Chapter Chair

Matthew Limones is Chief Executive Officer of Prediction Enterprises. 

Limones’ background is in music tech, policy, and the labels. He’s an expert in music revenue streams, rights management, and industry relations. He’s a thought leader in music policy with experience in artist development, artist relations, and marketing. 

Limones was formerly Vice President, Artist Relations at RichMusic, the top boutique independent Latin record label in the industry. Limones joined RichMusic in 2021, and oversaw all artist relations and project management, with a special focus on providing first-class service to RichMusic artists, producers and business partners. Prior to joining RichMusic, Limones served as Director of Marketing at the Universal Music Group/Capitol Latin.

Previously, Limones served as Manager of Artist and Label Relations at SoundExchange, where he strengthened and established the relationships with its affiliates and industry partners and grew the company’s Latin digital business.

Limones has been recognized as a young executive “shaking up the music business” in Billboard’s list of 40 Under 40 and has been named as a Billboard Latin Power Player, and a HITS Noisemaker. Additionally, as an industry leader, Limones has been published in the Berklee College of Music Business Journal.

Limones holds a master’s degree from the University of Miami and has held previous positions at Shazam and TuneIn Radio. He speaks regularly on panels at music industry events such as Billboard Latin Music Week, the Latin Alternative Music Conference, and the Music Expo. Limones serves as the Chair of the Music Managers Forum Chapter in Miami.
