Stephanie Chopurian, Esq. is a very well respected and established Entertainment Attorney working alongside artists, producers, songwriters and independent labels for the past 10 years since she began practicing law in 2015 in all types of negotiations concerning copyright rights including publishing agreements, licensing, master recording agreements, distribution and label agreements, producer and songwriter agreements, etc. Stephanie Chopurian is Colombian-Uruguayan and of Armenian decent who was born in Queens, NY and raised in Uruguay from 1 to 5 years old where her first language was Spanish and then came back to NYC where she learned English as her second language. 

Stephanie Chopurian is 35 years old and has made a career for herself in the music industry starting from the bottom as a paralegal and making her voice heard around the world. As one of the youngest Latina Entertainment lawyers ever, this year she received for a third time in a row recognition as one of Billboard’s Top Music Lawyers in the field of Entertainment and Music. Ms. Chopurian was also recognized last year in Billboard's inaugural Latin Women in Music List, named as one of the four visionary emerging executives under the age of 40 as well as Billboard’s Top Music Lawyer. Stephanie Chopurian received Best Lawyers In The New York Area —Ones to Watch 2023 & 2022 and Women in Law —Ones to Watch 2022 recognized for her Excellence in Entertainment Law published in The New York Times. Ms. Chopurian along with her colleague Matt Greenberg, Esq., represent a roster of prestigious talent in the Latin music industry including, the number one Latin music producer in the world Ovy On The Drums (who won 3 Grammys with his work on Karol G’s latest & most successful album “Mañana Será Bonito”), Arcángel, Sech, De La Ghetto, King TDH & Micro TDH, KristoMan & Lenny Tavarez, Prince Royce, Chencho, Bad Milk, DJ Maff, and has also worked in the past with clients such as White World Record & Myke Towers, Keityn, Farina, Karol G, Tainy, The Rude Boyz (Maluma’a producers), among many more.  

Over the last couple years, Ms. Chopurian represented and negotiated the License Agreement for King Ovy, LLC with Warner Music Latina for Ovy On The Drums for Ovy’s new album, Ovy’s re-negotiation with BMI that was closed last year 2023, as well as negotiated the Distribution agreement for White World Record & Myke Towers with Warner Music Latina and Warner Music Records that was highly publicized in Billboard in February 2021. Ms. Chopurian represented and re-negotiated the new publishing agreement for Ovy On The DRUMS with Kobalt Music Publishing that was highly publicized in Billboard in July 2021. Ms. Chopurian represented and re-negotiated the new publishing agreement for Keityn with Sony Music Publishing Latin closed in November 2021. Ms. Chopurian also represented King TDH & Micro TDH in negotiating and closing the License agreement with Warner Music Latina in June 2021 and Micro TDH’s publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing that was publicized in October 2021. Ms. Chopurian also negotiated and represented Karol G, Sech and Ovy On The Drums with their BMI agreements closed at the end of 2020.

Stephanie Chopurian this year participated the Women In Music Entertainment Attorneys in Latin Music panel and continues to participate in the Women In Music events. Ms. Chopurian is interested in supporting women especially in the music industry that has been traditionally a very male dominated industry. Ms. Chopurian also participated in the Diverse Career in Music Panel at LaGuardia College in New York City which helped educate our future leaders of tomorrow with the career opportunities in the music industry.

With nearly two decades of experience in the music and entertainment industry, Chris Duque is a seasoned artist manager and strategist, specializing in talent development, content strategy, and project execution.

As a Manager at WK Entertainment, Chris plays a pivotal role in shaping artists’ careers, leveraging his deep industry expertise to craft impactful strategies in an ever-evolving music landscape. His approach combines creative vision with strategic execution, ensuring artists maximize their potential.

Before joining WK Entertainment, Chris co-founded C2C Entertainment Group, a Miami-based music management and consulting firm, where he spent five years developing the careers of both emerging and established artists. His expertise also includes being a key member of the management team for Colombian musician Juanes, contributing to the internationally acclaimed artist’s career direction, tour operations, and strategic initiatives.

Chris also spent nearly six years as a partner at NDV Agency, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives across music and entertainment, further cementing his reputation as a leader in the industry.

With a proven track record in artist management, tour strategy, and brand development, Chris remains a driving force in the music business—dedicated to fostering talent, building brands, and elevating careers.

Moderator: Matthew Limones - CEO & Co-Founder of Prediction Entertainment, Chair of MMF-US Miami

Matthew Limones is Chief Executive Officer of Prediction Enterprises. 

Limones’ background is in music tech, policy, and the labels. He’s an expert in music revenue streams, rights management, and industry relations. He’s a thought leader in music policy with experience in artist development, artist relations, and marketing. 

Limones was formerly Vice President, Artist Relations at RichMusic, the top boutique independent Latin record label in the industry. Limones joined RichMusic in 2021, and oversaw all artist relations and project management, with a special focus on providing first-class service to RichMusic artists, producers and business partners. Prior to joining RichMusic, Limones served as Director of Marketing at the Universal Music Group/Capitol Latin. 

Previously, Limones served as Manager of Artist and Label Relations at SoundExchange, where he strengthened and established the relationships with its affiliates and industry partners and grew the company’s Latin digital business.

Limones has been recognized as a young executive “shaking up the music business” in Billboard’s list of 40 Under 40 and has been named as a Billboard Latin Power Player, and a HITS Noisemaker. Additionally, as an industry leader, Limones has been published in the Berklee College of Music Business Journal.

Limones holds a master’s degree from the University of Miami and has held previous positions at Shazam and TuneIn Radio. He speaks regularly on panels at music industry events such as Billboard Latin Music Week, the Latin Alternative Music Conference, and the Music Expo. Limones serves as the Chair of the Music Managers Forum Chapter in Miami.
