Anna Pearson - Artist Manager, Red Light Management
Anna Pearson has been with Red Light Management since 2013 where she currently co-manages Larkin Poe, Lissie, Cat Clyde, Ruthie Foster, Tyler Ramsey and Rodney Crowell with long-time partner and mentor Peter Leak, who she began working for in 2007 as an assistant at Nettwerk Management. Anna graduated from UT Austin with a BS in Communication Studies and a Minor in Business, got her foot in the door through several music industry internships including the Recording Academy's Texas Chapter, and started working in LA at an indie music PR company. After a long stint in LA, Anna relocated to Asheville, NC a few years ago where she loves the music scene and hanging out in nature with her husband and 2 dogs.
Caitlin Stone Jasper - Partner / Manager &
Head of Activism, Activist Artists Management
Caitlin Stone Jasper has been an asset in developing the company’s music division, overseeing the Activism Department and Activist Fellowship Program, and serves as the co-chair for the Activist Foundation. Her work with The Activist Foundation was instrumental in raising millions of dollars in COVID-19 related emergency relief, including providing over 350,000 meals to desperate Nepali families during the COVID-19 crisis. Stone’s day-to-day roll of heading the Activism Dept includes fostering many relationships with organizations such as Everytown, Sandy Hook Promise, Headcount, Last Prisoner Project, and more.
Stone is also the day-to-day manager for acclaimed musician, humanitarian and hotel owner, Michael Franti (Michael Franti & Spearhead) and rising country star, Brittney Spencer.
Stone has spearheaded a number of chart-topping album campaigns for Michael Franti & Spearhead including their latest body of work, Follow Your Heart, which debuted at #2 on the iTunes Pop Chart behind Harry Styles. She played a significant role in the radio campaign for Franti’s first #1 single at AAA radio since 2010 for “I Got You” and the curation and launch of his cruise, Soulshine at Sea, which takes on its second voyage in 2023.
Tom Burger - Founder, TAB Music Management
Tom Burger is a music industry professional with experience handling top-line acts. Tom runs TAB Music Management, LLC, an Artist Management and A&R Consulting Firm based in Nashville, TN. TAB Music features Indie Pop star Maya Manuela (7 mil streams on Spotify alone in 1 year and estimated 21+ mil across platforms in that time, opened for artists like Angie McMahon), Indie pop star Kylie Muse (estimated 45 mil streams a year across platforms), rising Nashville folk musician and Tone Tree Artist Melanie MacLaren (1mil Apple Music streams in just under 2 years and has opened for Charlie Starr of Blackberry Smoke), 2024 Juno Awards Nominated Canadian artist/producer Josh Sahunta (2024 nominee for "Adult Contemporary Album of The Year, music used in Luke Paul's engagement video, Sony India, Love Island, Love is Blind, Cobra Kai, and many more), Tommy Champion (producer for many topline hip-hop artists), Factory Underground Studios (recording home of projects by many touring artists such as Jose Feliciano, Chelsea Cutler, Goose, Eliot Lewis, and comedian Justin Long), CPR Entertainment - Gina Mendello (former Tommy Emanuel, Gareth Pearson, others), Bill Haley Jr.’s Bill Haley Documentary, A&R Scouting label alternative company Run With Us (aimed at funding for artists without giving up the ownership of their rights led by the creators of Amuse Distribution), and a plethora of other music industry endeavors.

Day-to-Day Manager, Neon Coast
Nashville based Australian, Jess Tomlins, is a Project Manager and Day-to-Day Manager at Neon Coast, assisting in the careers of Kane Brown, Restless Road, and Kat Luna. Prior to Neon Coast, she was a freelance artist management and creative consultant, her work ranging from website creation to single release strategy and execution. Tomlins brings years of expertise having worked with creatives including, Jon Randall (producer/artist - Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley), Jimmy Wallace (Keys - The Wallflowers, Joe Walsh), Tony Harnell (artist), Jackson Capps (artist), Cassandra Sotos (artist/violinist), Hayley Wilson (artist), and Mothgal (duo).
Tomlins has over 10 years experience working between entertainment law and music business sectors, previously being an entertainment lawyer in Australia prior to her relocation. She holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries (music) and Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. Tomlins was selected for CMA’s 2024 Women’s Leadership Academy, is the Vice Co-Chair of Membership of Women In Music (Nashville), a SOLID Alum, and a CMA and ACM member.
