Alicia Warwick - Senior Executive Director,
Alicia Warwick is the Senior Executive Director of the Recording Academy Nashville Chapter. She oversees the Chapter's initiatives, membership, and programming in all genres. Warwick is responsible for directing a Board of music creators and executives that work in both major and independent sectors of the industry. She implements strategic plans for the Nashville Chapter to shine a light on music makers.
Prior to working at the Recording Academy, Warwick served as National Membership Director for the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI), the world's largest not-for-profit songwriters' trade association. She is a Leadership Music, SOLID and Nashville Emerging Leaders alumni and serves on the Board of the Tennessee Film, Entertainment and Music Commission. In 2018 Warwick was listed by Variety as one of music city's 'Women Who Power Country Music’ and in 2024 Warwick was recognized by the ACMs in the class of honorees for the inaugural ‘I’m Just Me: A Charley Pride Celebration of Inclusion.
Mike Kepler - Project Manager,
Mike Kepler serves as Project Manager for the Nashville Chapter of the Recording Academy / GRAMMYs, developing all programming and events geared toward current and prospective membership in the Chapter’s four-state territory. Since joining the Academy in 2019, Kepler has been instrumental in producing events with the likes of Brothers Osborne, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Shaggy, Sting, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, Cory Wong, Zac Brown Band, and many others. Additionally, he leads the Chapter’s Education Committee and Producers & Engineers Wing Committee, focusing on fundraising initiatives for collegiate scholarships and technical best practices for audio recordings.
Prior to joining the Academy, Kepler worked as a record producer, mix engineer, and audio editor. Today, he continues that work with companies such as Apellis Pharmaceuticals, Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, and more. Before moving to Nashville, Kepler worked as a Percussion Director, Instructor, and battery arranger for several high schools in midwest Ohio, and performed in the Dayton Dragons Drumline (High-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds). Kepler is an active member of the Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID).
